Member Access Agreement
The rules for paid and members only STS content, including what you can and cannot share.
The short version: your membership is for you alone. Sharing paid STS content with anyone who is not a member, through screenshots, recordings, reposts, or shared logins, gets you removed from STS with no refund.
1. What this agreement covers
This Member Access Agreement applies whenever you buy, subscribe to, or are given access to any paid or members only part of STS ("Member Content"). Member Content includes:
- STS Course lessons, videos, worksheets, and downloads
- member market reads, member tools, and any members only features
- live trading sessions, replays, chart reviews, and Q and A sessions
- private community channels and anything posted in them by STS
You accept this agreement when you check the box at purchase, complete a purchase, or use Member Content. It works together with our Terms of Use, which also apply.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use Member Content for your own trading education. Each membership is for one person. You do not own Member Content, and this license ends when your access ends.
3. Member Content is proprietary
Member Content is the product you are paying for. It is our proprietary and confidential information, and its value depends on it staying with members. You agree to keep it that way.
4. What you may not do
You may not, directly or through anyone else:
- take screenshots, screen captures, or photos of Member Content and share them with anyone who is not an active member
- record, download, rip, or restream any lesson, training video, live session, replay, or its audio
- post, upload, or republish Member Content, or detailed summaries of it, on social media, YouTube, TikTok, Discord servers, Telegram, forums, group chats, websites, or course platforms
- share your login, password, or private session links, or let anyone else use your account
- let people who are not members watch live sessions or lessons with you, in person or by screen share
- copy, resell, sublicense, or teach Member Content as your own, or include it in any paid or free product
- put Member Content into AI tools, datasets, or models, or collect it with bots or scrapers
5. What is fine
You may:
- talk about your own trades, results, and progress
- share your own journal entries, notes, and charts that you made yourself
- share links to free, public STS pages and tell people you are a member
- quote a sentence or two of Member Content in a discussion, with credit to STS, without screenshots of it
6. How we protect Member Content
We may use watermarks, unique identifiers, and access logs to detect sharing and to trace shared material back to the account it came from.
7. Violations: removal with no refund
If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you broke Section 4, we may immediately and without warning suspend or permanently remove your access to all STS paid products and STS community spaces, including GHOST.
No refund will be given for removal due to a violation. That includes subscription fees already paid, any time remaining in a billing period, and one time purchases such as the STS Course. A removed member may not rejoin under a new name, email, or account.
We may also ask platforms to take down shared material and pursue any other remedies the law allows, including damages and a court order to stop the sharing.
8. Subscriptions and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Course access that comes with a subscription ends when the subscription ends. Any other refund terms will be shown at the time of purchase.
9. Education only
Member Content is education, not advice. Everything in the Terms of Use and the Risk Disclosure applies to it, including live sessions where trades are discussed or taken. Nothing in a live session is a recommendation for you to place any trade.
10. Changes and survival
We may update this agreement and will change the date at the top when we do. Sections 3, 4, 6, and 7 continue to apply after your membership ends.
