Terms of Use

The rules for using STS. In short: everything here is education, not advice, you are responsible for your own trading, and our content is ours.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Stable Trading System website, its tools, emails, and any related services we run (together, "STS," "we," "us"). By using STS, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use STS.

You must be at least 18 years old to use STS. Paid products and member content are also covered by the Member Access Agreement.

2. Education only, not advice

Everything on STS is general educational information. That includes the six step blueprint, the STS market read and its daily bias, grades, gauges, tools, calculators, checklists, journal prompts, lessons, videos, and live sessions.

Nothing on STS is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any futures contract, security, or other financial product. STS does not know your finances, goals, or risk tolerance, and nothing here is personalized to you. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results.

3. The market read and market data

The STS market read is produced automatically from third party market data. That data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and before the 9:30 AM Eastern open much of it is from the prior session. The read can be late, unavailable, or mistaken.

Letter grades show how the read compared with later price moves. They are not trading results and do not represent the performance of any account. See the Risk Disclosure for more.

4. Tools, calculators, and prop firm information

Calculators, guardrails, countdowns, and comparisons are estimates to help you plan. Prop firm details are summarized from public information, and firms change their rules, prices, and payout terms often. Always confirm the current rules directly with the firm before you buy or trade.

5. Your journal and settings

Your settings and calculator details are saved in your own browser on your own device. Your trade journal and screenshots are too, unless you sign in to sync them to your account. Anything kept only in your browser is gone if you clear your browser data, so export a backup or sign in to sync.

If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to your email, since sign in codes are sent there. We work to keep synced journals safe and backed up, but we cannot promise they will never be lost, so keep your own backup of anything important.

6. Our content and your license to use it

STS and its content, including text, lessons, videos, graphics, the market read, tools, code, and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non transferable license to view and use the free parts of STS for your own trading education.

You may share links to free STS pages. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create products from STS content without our written permission. Member content has stricter rules, set out in the Member Access Agreement.

7. Acceptable use

When you use STS, you agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or collect STS content or data with bots or other automated tools
• try to reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the site, the market read, or its data feeds
• use STS for anything unlawful, or to mislead others about who you are or what STS offers
• harass, threaten, or spam other traders in any STS space, including the GHOST community

8. Community spaces

GHOST runs on Discord, so Discord's own terms also apply there. We may remove posts or members from STS community spaces at our discretion to keep them safe and useful. Other members' posts are their own opinions, not advice from STS.

9. Third party links and affiliate disclosure

STS links to outside sites, including prop firms, Discord, and charting platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Some prop firm links may be affiliate links. If you buy through them, STS may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

10. Disclaimers

STS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT STS WILL BE ERROR FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL HELP YOU MAKE MONEY.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, STS AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF STS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR 100 US DOLLARS.

12. Indemnity

If your use of STS, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to any part of STS at any time if we believe you broke these terms, and we may change or discontinue any feature.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using STS after an update means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
